She’s so stuck up. She obviously has something to prove. Her personality is so not my type. But all I want to do is put my hands all over that curvy ass of hers.
Jensen
I don’t do love. So why am I hung up on my lawyer, of all women? While she was waxing poetic as an eager law student, I was putting my life on the line to save my brothers in arms; risking it all jumping out of airplanes on my Special Ops missions to rescue American heroes cut off behind enemy lines.
Thanks to a bullshit assault and battery charge, I left the highly elite USAF OPSEC division. Now what I do is train new recruits to rescue servicemen when they're injured. I also do one night stands. But I don’t do commitment.
So why am I so into this attorney who thinks she’s too good to represent me?
***
He’s dangerous. A criminal. He has tattoos. And he’s not even my type. But those muscles. That chest. Are his good looks the only reason I can’t get him out of my head?
Riley
I have it made. I’m an up and coming, successful lawyer at a large firm, and I’m engaged to the son of the founding partner. Sure, our relationship is more about politics than love, but what else does a woman need in this day and age?
At least that’s what I used to think. Until I met him. Jensen. I was supposed to save his career, save him. That was before shit hit the fan and I was told to take a "leave of absence" to "get my priorities straight"—all because I refused to be shady just to win the case.
Now I’m starting to think Jensen was sent to save my career. But as my job and my relationship start to unravel, the last thing I need is a distraction…
** Jensen is the first novel in the Bradford Brothers series. It’s a standalone novel with a guaranteed Happy Ever After and contains no cheating and no cliffhangers. You won’t miss a beat of any one Bradford Brothers book if you haven’t read the others, and they can be read in any order but they’re best enjoyed all together!
**For a limited time, Jensen is on sale for only 99 cents!

I received an ARC of this story for an honest reviewI found this book to be a quick read. this is a new author and her debut book.
this book had so much potential that I don't think the author reached, with more writing it will come but for now this one fell a bit short.
I liked how the author gave Jensen such a backstory to work with. I also like how the author dealt with PTSD at the end of the story because in the beginning she wasn't doing anyone any favors by having Jensen keep saying he didn't want to be labeled as "crazy"
Riley is a weak woman, she works her tail off for the firm and is engaged to the boss' son but lets them take advantage of her. I shouted with glee when she finally stood up for herself.
I also was a bit skeptical about them only seeing each other a few times and talking a bit and then they're in love with one another. then Riley takes Jensen into her house when he apologizes without so much as a bite me, you *$*$* ~ that I didn't understand.
will definitely read more from this author

Jensen A Military Bad Boy Romance The Bradford Brothers Book 1 edition by Juliana Conners Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC.I have read books from this author before and she does NOT disappoint! I loved reading about Larson and all of the problems he was having, and how he fell in instant lust with Brynn. I loved how Juliana wrote about some of the problems people who suffer from PTSD have to deal with. As someone who suffers from PTSD, I appreciated how she touched on the touchy subject, but did not overwhelm the reader with it! I loved this story!
Riley and Jensen make a great couple. I enjoyed the writing and especially Riley's character. She turned out to be a strong woman with morals who was just living life in a fog. Jensen the hot ex military man also has issues, but he is drawn to Riley and realizes he can open up his heart. They fall in love quickly, which I'm skeptical about, but hey when it's love it can happen right? The story line was good and kept me intrigued until the end. It was a quick read with a HEA. Now I'm curious about his brothers, because one hot brother is not enough. Oh and did I mention they are all in the military. Yes more hot alpha males. What more can you ask for?
I wish this book could have lived up to my expectations. The storyline itself was interesting. However, the execution? Not so much. Both the story and the characters were poorly developed. At more than one point, I felt as if my copy was missing chapters. I couldn't see how things moved from point A to point B. I don't think I will read the others in the series. In all fairness, there was one aspect of the book that I really appreciated. Juliana did a wonderful job at explaining PTSD and the stigma attached to the condition. Not all actions, good or bad, can be attributed to a person's post traumatic syndrome. Maybe for that alone I would recommend this book and give it a 3 🌟 rating.
Lots of topics from ethics, users, cheaters, blackmailed, to PTSD with American Hero Jensen. To a workaholic high class lawyer Riley who discovers her life isn't what she wants after it comes crashing down. I thought it was tastefully and well written and I was impressed. Trails and clients and court room drama. Motorcycle hangs out to training the next generation of hero's. Throw in abusive cheating childhood n dysfunctional family I think most people will find something to relate to here. I look forward to the next 2books I have to know how Jensen brother's turn out.
I gave this Book a rating of ✩’s

What I liked/Didn’t Like I loved the authors writing style in this book she pulled me right into the story. Well worth the one click to buy it.
I first want to make it clear I enjoyed this book for what it was - a quick read. Overall it was an ok book but could have been so much more. Being from a military family and seeing the effects war has on our military family I was impressed by the authors knowledge of PTSD. I felt that she did an amazing job of describing the effects of PTSD and the unfortunate stigmatism that attaches to those that have it.
Jensen had a background that could have expanded this book into one that could have been so much more. He was portrayed as a hero, a man's man, but came off sounding a little wimpy in places, definitely could tell the writing was down by a female author. I would have liked to have had his character more in tune with that persona of military toughness.
Riley was a wonderful character, but again I would have liked more out of the author. I liked that she kept to her personal morals and didn't bow down to her boss. She stood up for herself and her beliefs when she easily could have done what her boss expected of her. But how did it end? She did the honest and right thing by exposing her former law firm but what happened because of that?
I'm all for instant chemistry but meeting someone twice and then telling them you love them, more than a little unrealistic. As stated previously, a good book overall, I just wanted and needed a little more for it to be great.
